It was recently brought to the attention of the Shelton’s Run Board of Directors by the association attorney that we were mistakenly using the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) terminology when we are in fact registered as a Community Association. The community was named and registered as a Community Association at its inception many years ago and it is currently registered as the Shelton’s Run Community Association. At some point, we began using the HOA terminology, which is technically not correct. At the September 21, 2016 Board meeting, the Board voted unanimously to begin using the correct terminology going forward. Therefore, we will use Shelton’s Run Community Association and are updating all of our association collateral to reflect this change. September 2016 Association Dues
Payment of your September 2016 dues of $250 is due by September 1, 2016. A late fee of $50 will be assessed on September 15, 2016.
All payments for Association dues will now be processed by Paydici.
Pickup days are Tuesday and Friday.
Tuesday is also recycle day. All trash is to be put in bags. Recycles are to be rinsed and separated. Paper items are to be together. Please put your cans/bins out no more than 24 hours before pickup day and remove them (out of sight) within 24 hours after pickup day.
